September 11 & 25: Winery Fermentation Tours
The grapes are harvested and pressed in July and August, but September is the peak time for starting and stabilization of the actual fermentation process. You’ll get special behind-the-scenes tours at three outstanding wineries, with the managers and winemakers, and then a tasting of each wineries already bottled wines.
